aN EXECUTIVE FORUM ON MISSION, TECHNOLOGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE

A half-day executive forum for senior leaders across aerospace, defense, and government technology — featuring a keynote from NASA astronaut Ron Garan.

Why you should attend

The aerospace and defense sector is being reshaped by speed, scale and mission urgency. In this new reality, real estate, facilities and infrastructure are no longer back-office line items—they are strategic levers for success. This forum convenes the executives leading that shift, exploring how mission, technology and infrastructure intersect.

Through an insightful keynote, an expert panel and a fireside conversation, you will gain clear strategies to leverage your portfolio to accelerate readiness, resilience and growth.

This is a working forum built for a small, senior group and designed to foster meaningful discussion and connection. You won't just be listening; you'll be contributing and learning alongside your peers. The day concludes with a networking reception where every attendee will receive a copy of astronaut Ron Garan's book, personally signed by him.

Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Ron Garan

NASA astronaut, decorated F-16 fighter pilot and best selling author

Former NASA Astronaut, F-16 combat pilot and aerospace executive Ron Garan brings a viewpoint forged through 178 days in space, four spacewalks and a career spanning combat, orbit and the C-suite. He calls it the Orbital Perspective—a framework for unlocking new thinking, fostering collaboration and providing the long-term clarity leaders need to turn complex missions into tomorrow's breakthroughs.

At the forum, Ron will apply this unique perspective to the critical challenges of mission resilience, space infrastructure and driving innovation at scale. He will share powerful stories from his extraordinary journey to illustrate how the highest-performing missions turn challenge into opportunity, uncertainty into focus and ideas into action. As a special takeaway, every attendee will receive a complimentary copy of his book, which Ron will personally sign during the closing reception.
